The Emerald Cup Announces A Return To Live Events With The Emerald Cup Harvest Ball

The Road to the Cup starts here

Santa Rosa, CA: In a triumphant return to live events, the highly anticipated Emerald Cup Harvest Ball (ECHB) (www.theemeraldcup.com) will take place on Saturday and Sunday, December 11th and 12th at the Santa Rosa County Fairgrounds in Sonoma County, California. This is the debut of the new event for The Emerald Cup created by founder, Tim Blake, as a gathering of the global community and to officially kick off “The Road to the Cup.” Both a Fall harvest “afterparty” and a pre-competition celebration, the Harvest Ball will be the first step in the competition with over 600 entries in over 40 categories submitting their products for the 18th Annual Emerald Cup Awards slotted for a Spring 2022 debut in Southern California. The Harvest Ball will offer a diverse consumer marketplace that will include fresh harvest, top-shelf genetics, heritage and new-gen products making this a must-attend event for the cannabis industry, connoisseurs, and aficionados. Three concert stages will host upbeat musical guests, C-Suite speakers, and visionaries, plus consumption lounges, VIP experiences, organic food, drinks, artisans and fun activities will be on-site to celebrate the cannabis lifestyle with the two-day experience.

Known as ‘the Academy Awards of Cannabis’ by Rolling Stone Magazine, The Emerald Cup continues to celebrate excellence in organic, sun-grown, and now indoor, mixed light and auto-grown cannabis flower plus over 40 other categories and awards across the product spectrum. From flower and concentrates to topicals and edibles, the competition is the largest, most respected cannabis competition in the world. The Emerald Cup has achieved this status by staying true to a commitment of elevating the perception of cannabis in society, while providing education, entertainment, advocacy, and community to its international family and fan base. With respect to commitment and feedback from its industry, the iconic cannabis competition will make a strategic move into springtime dates to allow in-depth judging, and contestants more time to refine, cure and package the products. Additionally, the strategic move to hold the award show in Southern California – the largest cannabis market in the world – allows The Emerald Cup platform to be the bridge between NorCal and the SoCal communities.

Expect a powerful insider environment at both the public event at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds and at the VIP experience held concurrently at the Flamingo Resort where industry participants will network, share insights, solutions and have spirited conversations on the ever-evolving cannabis and psychedelic sectors.
