Rohrabacher Blumenauer rode the omnibus spending bill that was passed literally at the last minute in over to prevent a government shutdown. This bill prevents DOJ interference in any medical marijuana businesses through September. The remaining fear, however, is that recreational marijuana is still fully unprotected under any congressional bill.
