Building Will Reopen As Coworking Space For Cannabusinesses In Downtown Los Angeles

The building has been dubbed “Green Street”

seven-story Jewelry District building on Hill Street near Seventh will reopen in November as creative offices and coworking space, with a twist—all “dedicated exclusively to the fast-growing cannabis industry,” Bow West Capital, the building’s owners, announced today.

Dubbed “Green Street,” the 67,000-square-foot building will hold a few floors of coworking space, offices, a restaurant, an art gallery, retail space, and a rooftop amenity deck, “serving providers and consumers of cannabis-related products.”

The 5,000-square-foot, 230-seat ground-floor restaurant was “specifically designed to suit the contemporary cannabis connoisseur,” says a release from Culver City-based M-Rad Architecture, which is redesigning the 1913 building.
