It will still be months however before any patient can purchase product
The Missouri State Health Department will post application forms today for the state Medical Cannabis ID program.
Missouri joined 33 other states, including Arkansas, when in November voters overwhelmingly approved a state constitutional amendment legalizing cannabis along with infused products for patients who suffer from serious illnesses such as cancer, epilepsy, and psychiatric disorders such as PTSD.
Patient and caregiver applications may be submitted beginning July 4. Applicants need a physician certification that’s less than 30 days old.
