An Ontario Chamber of Commerce report titled Supporting Ontario’s Budding Cannabis Industry concludes the recreational cannabis industry can create multi-billions-of-dollars for the economy.  It outlines Ontario’s competitive advantage and how to capitalize on Canada’s first-mover status in the fast-moving industry.
