High Time Cannabis Cup So-Cal

High Times magazine is bringing its Harvest Cup competition and festival back to Southern California, and they’ve got some big names taking the stage. Headliners include Akon, Naughty by Nature, Wyclef Jean, Lil Dicky and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. There will also be a cooking competition, topical massages, a live grow room and more. Guests must be at least 18 years old and have a doctor’s recommendation for medical marijuana to attend, with a doctor available for on-site consultations.
