Virginia Cannabis Control Authority Announces New Acting Head

John Keohane, Chairman of the Board, said Patten brings a “wealth” of experience
The Virginia Cannabis Control Authority (CCA) has announced its new Acting Head for the agency following its former Acting Head’s departure after more than three years of service.
On Wednesday, March 26, the CCA announced that its Acting Head and Chief Officer of Regulatory, Policy and External Affairs, Jeremy Preiss, is departing from his role at the agency after more than three years of service to the CCA and the Commonwealth.
The CCA Board of Directors has designated the agency’s Chief Administrative Officer, Jamie Patten, as the new Acting Head.
