Store Name: The Apothecarium Las Vegas
Store Location: 7885 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas NV, 89117
Store Website: www.apothecariumlv.com
In the age of regulated retail cannabis, many critics claim that quality will be the first casualty. The Apothecarium of Las Vegas begs to differ. Located in a shopping plaza in an unassuming building, this storefront has ample parking and runs a tight ship to remove any uncomfortable vibes from their premises even in the evening. Featuring a robust menu with a full selection and price range of edibles, concentrates, and flower variants, The Apothecarium makes the process of fulfilling your needs simple and welcoming. Their shelves are properly stocked, and their menu is easy to read with clear indications of price, species, product type, and available options. Their staff is incredibly friendly and they definitely manage to keep the store in immaculate shape. Their layout is fresh without being overwhelming and their check in process was simple and fast. Just fill out a simple form (depending on whether you’re a resident or out of state) and you’ll have a clear and updated menu that has the look and feel of a high-end restaurant menu to look through while you wait for them to process all of your information. This way, the patient/customer knows which strains to ask about prior to ever reaching the counter.
With a clean and wide layout complete with chandelier and full mirror spread, the process feels like picking out high-end jewelry rather than cannabis. The budtenders were knowledgeable about the product and approachable regarding strain variations and genetic makeup of their stock. The gentleman next to me was having an engaging conversation with his budtender. He was inquiring about the genetics of several strains and the tender on hand easily answered any questions he had without hesitation. I was impressed with the dedication of the staff to the integrity of the operation. The entire staff made sure all needs of the patients/customers were met. None of the questions I asked were passed off with an “I don’t know”. I felt as though if they ran into a question without the answer, then they would have searched for it.
The selection I went with was Tangilope which is a smooth Sativa by Matrix which was absolutely incredible. For a first-time patient special, they allowed me to select from one of their premium preroll’s which I selected a Strawberry Cough preroll from Green Life Productions. Both products were well packaged and clearly labeled. The required label by the state of Nevada was printed out and left inside the large custom labeled smell proof bag for me to inspect. I can honestly say this was one of the finest cannabis establishments I have ever been to in terms of cleanliness, patient/customer flow, selection variation, price variation, and friendliness/knowledgeability of the staff itself. It was a pleasure to visit, and if you are in the Las Vegas area I recommend stopping by.
