Facing an oversaturated cannabis market, Harbor Farmz is selling its marijuana processing facility at 2839 Full Circle Drive in Kalamazoo.
The company’s goal is to bring a data center to the property instead.
The company announced it is targeting the property for a data center redevelopment via a press release on Tuesday, June 9.
The property is for sale through NAI Global. The sale price is “undisclosed,” per the listing. The property value was last assessed at $1 million, according to property records. Harbor Farmz purchased the 4-acre property for $80,000 in 2019.
