A Tennessee lawmaker is introducing a bill to put marijuana legalization on the 2022 ballot.
Representative Bruce Griffey (R – District 75) introduced HB 1634.
According to the bill, it will require county election commissions to include three non-binding questions related to the legalization of marijuana on the November 2022 ballot.
