Maine Dispensaries Support Bill To Allow Marijuana Deliveries

State Rep. Joseph Perry is introducing a bill to change the law

Mainers first voted to legalize recreational marijuana more than five years ago, and the first recreational stores opened in 2020.

Now, lawmakers are looking into taking recreational sales one step further through home delivery.

Right now, home delivery for medical marijuana is allowed in Maine, but delivery for recreational use is not.
