Wholesalers Accuse Good Day Farm Dispensaries Of Running A ‘Cartel’ In The Missouri Cannabis Market
The suit includes 93 other plaintiff class members
Two cannabis wholesalers are accusing Good Day Farm of creating a cartel with other marijuana companies to take control of the Missouri market.
In a suit filed in Jackson County this week, GF Saint Mary (VIBE Cannabis) and CPC of Missouri – Smithville (Local Cannabis) claim that Good Day Farm and its associates have created an unfair advantage through fixed wholesale prices and supplier agreements.
The suit includes 93 other plaintiff class members, such as Show-Me Organics, Inc., KindBio, New Growth Horizon and Local Leaf.
Arkansas-based Good Day Farm is vertically integrated and has over 30 dispensary locations across Arkansas, Louisiana and Missouri. Locally, it has stores in Arnold, Clayton, Ellisville, St. Charles and the Central West End and Soulard areas of St. Louis.
