Sunnyside, the national cannabis dispensary brand operated by multistate cannabis operator Cresco Labs, is converting a building in the Jacksonville King Street District near Riverside and Avondale.
The city issued a permit Dec. 22 for Right Way Facility Services of Benbrook, Texas, to renovate the building at 2725 College St. at a cost of almost $1.07 million into a medical marijuana dispensary.
The project is 5,292 square feet.
A 2020 marketing brochure by Entwine Real Estate and Prime Realty call the property “1927 Atlantic” at 2725 and 2735 College St.
